Update re: COVID-19
With our membership's safety and well-being as our top priority, and in light of recent restrictions on public events in British Columbia, we've made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming Spring Conference in Penticton, scheduled for May 4-5th, 2020. While we certainly hope to find ourselves in less chaotic and challenging times in the coming weeks and months, this feels like the safest and most responsible course of action right now.
We look forward to gathering once again as a community to share insights and ideas once circumstances allow for it; however, in the meantime, we encourage everyone to stay informed and to comply with the latest advice of our regional and federal health officials as we navigate this strange and uncertain era of our collective history.
Important next steps
Tickets: We will be providing a refund for all tickets purchased; however, the Eventbrite fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed automatically. Please allow 2-4 weeks.
Accommodations: For those who have already booked rooms with our partner hotels - the Ramada, Coast, and Sandman - we ask that you please contact them directly to cancel any existing room reservations.
