Registration includes information sessions over two days, trade booths, and meals at the Lakeside Resort & Conference Center; followed by an evening social mixer at Yellow Dog Brewing.
There is an additional half day workshop presented by The Tourism AI Network.

The Workshop - Monday May 4, 9am
Join us ahead of the main conference sessions for an in depth half day workshop hosted by Peter Pilarski, Founder of the Tourism AI Network.
Peter believes that while AI will cause disruption, organizations and individuals who take a systematic, factbased, hypothesis-driven approach, coupled with strong change management practices, will succeed in using AI to streamline operations, enrich customer experiences, and achieve success. With 20 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, and government relations across diverse industries, Peter excels as a versatile strategist. His standout quality lies in an unwavering dedication to simplifying technology while embracing innovation. His mission is to demystify the AI landscape, enabling individuals and businesses to navigate it with confidence.
The workshop will be a practical, hands on session designed to teach participants how to get the most out of ChatGPT and similar tools with proven systems and approaches. Content will be drawn from Tourism AI Network's two core training programs: "Unlocking ChatGPT's Potential" and "Building Your Personal Productivity System," customized specifically for helicopter and snowcat skiing operations. Attendees will work on real projects during the session, building AI workflows, creating context briefs, and developing practical applications they can implement immediately. The workshop addresses the range of operations in your membership, from larger organizations to independent operators.
