About
Great Northern Snowcat Skiing is seeking a CSGA 3 or ACMG Ski Guide to join our team for the 2026/27 season and beyond.
We are a busy, long-established cat skiing company with an extensive tenure in the powder paradise near Trout Lake, B.C. Our well-refined program runs from mid December through the end of March, with terrain options to keep us operating with very few down days, if any, throughout the season. We are looking for a certified guide to join our experienced and well-qualified team in a supervisory role, reporting to the Guiding Manager.
Wage
Wage is $550-$650/day, with up to 50+ days available for the 2026/27 season.

Position Summary
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge seeks a Heli-Ski Operations Manager to lead our guide team and ski program. This role requires a certified Ski or Mountain guide with exceptional leadership, teamwork, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate is an IFMGA Mountain Guide with experience in diverse geographic regions, at least 10 years in the heli-ski industry, and 5 or more years as a Lead Guide or Supervisor. The position requires Revelstoke residency from mid-October through mid-April, with remote work possible for the remainder of the year. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a world-class heli-ski operation in one of the world's premier mountain destinations while contributing to a global hospitality company committed to safety, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
